If for any reason you need to cancel your order please contact us immediately by telephone, fax or e-mail. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) before doing so from customer service. We cannot accept unauthorized returns. Order cancellations will be accepted and expenses accumulated at the time of cancellation will be invoiced to the customer in full.
Due to the speed at which orders are processed, changes are not always possible. We encourage you to look over your order very carefully before sending it to avoid errors and the cost of having it reprocessed and/or reprinted. We can usually change things unless it is already printed. Our service staff is happy to help. You will get a proof first to review and it will not get printed until you give an approval through email or by fax. We ask you to double-check your order carefully. We try to catch any obvious errors, however we cannot guarantee we will catch all mistakes and / or omissions with your order and final responsibility lies with you. We are not responsible for any errors in the artwork.
If your order has not been printed we can easily cancel it. Should you cancel your order before production has begun, we can issue a full refund (if we have already created your proof we can refund all but proof+design time). If your order has already been custom printed, we are unable to cancel it as it is impossible for us to reuse or resell the custom product. Once your order has been received, please examine it immediately. Count all items. Verify that your Entire Order is correct. If you find there is an error on our part with your order, we will be glad to fix that error at no additional charge to you. If for some reason we are unable to fix our error, we can refund your order minus all shipping & handling charges and any/all design and proof fees. You will need to return your error merchandise undamaged back to us before any refund is issued. We are not responsible for damaged packages in transit back to us. For your protection, you must insure the package that you are returning. If you choose for us NOT to fix the error, you will void your refund. If you find an error on your part, we will be glad to reprint your order at a discounted rate. eGenoa, LLC will NOT be responsible for any claims made after 10 days of your order receipt.
