eGenoa hereby warrants, as set forth below, ExpoLight (EL), products in four parts: Framework, Hardware, Panels & Cases. Framework represents the collapsible pop-up and framework mag-bars or channel bars. Framework consists of the framework for EL. Hardware represents the shelves, brackets, connection mechanisms or connectors, accessories (header frames, stands, etc.) and light fixtures (excludes bulbs) for the product line listed above. Panels represent the fabric-covered or laminated panel assemblies of the EL product line. Cases represent the plastic containers & or manufactured cases. Graphics and graphic panels are under warranty for 90 days.
eGenoa warrants to the original purchaser of the product from the original date of shipment that it will be free from defects in materials and workmanship as follows: Lifetime warranty on the frame, Hardware for 1 year, and Panels / Cases for 90 days.
